The nutrition work I have done with kelly in the lead up to the 2020 Olympic Games has helped me become a better fighter. So much work goes in to each individual nutrition program, and my knowledge of nutrition has grown massively , I couldn’t thank kelly enough. I love Kelly’s morning zoom classes, they are hard work but fun and Kelly is enthusiastic and motivating throughout. I also love that no class is the same so they never get boring. They’ve definitely made me fitter and stronger!

Kelly also sent me over a personalised nutrition guide and kept me accountable by checking in everyday. This has allowed me to be happy with myself and weight even after finishing competitive sport.
