



My life has always been everything health & fitness. Having open-heart surgery at 8 weeks old, I was told I would be weaker than most growing up. Starting Judo aged 4, I now hold 11 Championship medals. I am 5x British Champion, 2nd Dan Black belt, U23 European medallist & Multiple European Cup Medallist. Learning what my body can achieve and not letting limitations hold me back, I grew a huge passion for helping others do the same!
During my career as a professional athlete, I have experienced the highs and lows of dieting. I found an interest in nutrition when I decided to change to a lower weight category (57kg to 48kg) whilst maintaining optimal performance. I am now a qualified Nutrition coach and have years of experience helping others achieve their goals.
Along with nutrition, I am also a qualified fitness coach and massage therapist.
I decided to launch LIVING WELL WITH KELLY because I wanted to make a change in the health & fitness world, I wanted to inspire others to achieve the goals they set out to reach! From diet improvements to creating a healthy work life balance, I want to transform the way we see fitness. Maintaining results, staying accountable and keeping positive!
